Aspartame (E951, BP, USP, FCC/ Food Grade) is a synthetic functional sweetener, pure sweetness, no calories, no caries, no significant increase in blood sugar, suitable for diabetics. It can be used for cakes, biscuits, bread, wine, ice cream, beverages, candies, etc.

Aspartame, is 180-220 times sweeter than sucrose/sugar, and has a refreshing, sugar-like sweetness, and it does not have the bitter or metallic aftertaste that artificial sweeteners typically have.

Aspartame is also used as pharmaceutical excipients, so can match BP / USP grade.
