Description:

Sodium Benzoate E211 is the first preservative the FDA allowed in foods and still a widely used food additive.

Sodium Benzoate noodles is a preservative added to some sodas, packaged foods, and personal care products to prolong shelf life.

Sodium Benzoate as a preservative, it is most widely used in acidic foods such as salad dressings (vinegar), carbonated drinks (carbonic acid), jams and fruit juices (citric acid), pickles (vinegar), and condiments. It is also used as a preservative in medicines and cosmetics. The sodium benzoate extrude or noodles form mostly be used in beverage industrial.
